Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need to print off the tickets to get into the concert?
A: Yes. You will need to print off each ticket purchased individually. Each ticket will need to be presented at the door of the concert for admission.

Q: Why have my tickets not arrived yet?
A: Tickets will be sent via email as soon as payment is cleared. Sometimes this can take a few minutes. eChecks through PayPal can take a day or two to clear. Also, please check your spam or junk folder. There is a chance that the tickets could have ended up there.

Q: I received my email, but I don’t see the tickets. Where are they?
A. When you receive your order confirmation email, scroll down to the bottom where you’ll find download links where you can download your individual tickets.

Q: What happens if I still don’t have my tickets?
